Extended DISCExtended DISC®

Incite Business provides a powerful professional development tool in the Extended DISC assessment. The assessment provides valuable insights on how individuals and teams can improve their communication and performance.

What is Extended DISC®?

The theory behind DISC was created back in 1928 by William Moulton Marston. The theory centers around four different personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. The original DISC assessments measure an individuals tendencies and preferences – their style. The Extended DISC® assessment goes beyond this and defines a person real strengths and areas that need development to improve performance. Essentially, what areas are you most comfortable in and what areas require additional energy.

The program will also help you identify the specific styles for others and the best way to interact and communicate with them. Whether it is a sales prospect or a peer, this valuable insight will help improve any relationship and improve performance.
